Harly and Courtney Forbes smile as they admire their new tandem bicycle given to them by Jackie and Richard Riordan on Tuesday in Vancouver. The Riordan's gave the bike to Harly and Courtney after their tandem bike was stolen the day before. After thieves returned the bike on Wednesday, the Forbeses decided to donate it to the Washington State School for the Blind.
