F.I.S.H of Orchards uses a small building on Northeast 110th Avenue as a food bank. It's so small, fire rules permit only five clients inside at a time, and sometimes the line of people waiting stretches across the parking lot in the cold and rain. (Troy Wayrynen/The Columbian)
