The Rattlesnake Hills rise behind the family-owned Kiona Vineyards & Winery in Benton City. The Yakima Valley is recognized as one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world, one of the nation's fruit bowls. Wine grapes, hops and now tobacco flourish there. Now that Washington voters have legalized marijuana, will it become a vice belt? Farmers are waiting to see.
