A 9-pound Chihuahua-pinscher mix named Kudo was allegedly subjected to cruelty and abuse at the hands of his temporary caretaker, Kevin Dean Parrish, 20, of Lyons, Ore. Parrish admitted to deputies that he put him in an oven preheated to 350 degrees.
