A pair of derelict boats are partially submerged and listing early Friday on the Hylebos Waterway in Tacoma. The 167-foot Helena Star, front, sank early Friday while the 130-foot Golden West, tied to the other ship, was listing. Officials say fuel was removed from the boats nearly a near ago and both were intended to be dismantled.
