Inmate Leroy Savelesky rethreads a needle on a six headed embroidery machine Jan. 17 at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution garment factory in Pendleton, Ore. The prison made little Oregon flag with the state seal embroidered on one side and a beaver on the other.
