Shown here is the wreckage of the car driven by 24-year-old Katherine Mary Emerson of Vancouver who was injured early this morning in a collision with a tractor-trailer driven by Kenneth Eugene Burgess, 49, of Medical Lake. Burgess was later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after he drove his truck the wrong way on the southbound lanes of I-205. The collision led to massive traffic congestion that stalled the entire region today.
