Clark County Skills Center sous chef Gerald Morales sautés beef for chipotle Baja tacos. On a recent trip to Las Vegas, Morales introduced himself to the executive chefs at two iconic restaurants, Lagasse's Stadium at the Palazzo and Restaurant Guy Savoy in Caesars Palace. Both restaurants have offered Morales a job in their kitchens after he graduates in June.
