Briar, a shorthorn bull born at 11:20 a.m. Monday at the Clark County Fair, enjoys his first meal. The cow's owner, Cadyn Boyovich, 22, said 20 to 30 people showed up to watch the birth. "There's at least one cow that has a calf every year here," she said.
