Laina Harris' weight-loss journey
Laina Harris has been looking for alternatives to outdoor exercise as fall weather conditions have made hiking and walking more difficult.

"I'm not a nature girl, but I'm really enjoying it. I think I'm becoming a nature girl," says Laina Harris, who has lost 85 pounds and goes on hikes a few times a week.
