Holiday Lights 2012
Camas: The light display at 4430 N.W. Crystal Court, Camas, features 66,000 lights set to music. It operates from 5 to 10 p.m. during the week and until 10:30 p.m. on weekends.
Washougal: More than 20 homes decorated along 51st Street in Washougal. Entrance sign to “Merry Christmas from 51st Street” at 474 51st St.
Parkway East: A variety of lights, bright snow flakes and an animated snowman and polar bear. Dusk to 10 p.m. on Sunday to Thursday, dusk to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Battle Ground: Large 1.5-acre light display includes hundreds of homemade buildings, trees and figures. Features three holiday-themed villages, “Frosty’s Tree Farm,” trains, two nativities and four sleighs with reindeer. More than 30,000 lights.
Riverridge: Property adorned with bright figures, trees, Santa on roof and white lights bordering home. Features a carnival display including, bumper cars, Ferris wheel and a carousel. Lighted path through yard flashes with music. 5 to 10 p.m.
Oakbrook: Light display divided into six zones, including figures in front yard, that each flash on and off with musical accompaniment. 6 to 9 p.m.
Dubois Park: Highlight of festive light display is Bullwinkle the Christmas moose, standing 10 feet tall in the yard with a red nose.
Mill Plain: Display has more than 30,000 lights. Star on roof with streamers descending into yard, which features four homemade trees, several deer and other props. 5 to 10 p.m.
Proebstel: Nearly 35,000 lights on property, with 10,000 on roof made into five trees that blink to music. Numerous blow-up figures in yard. Santa and sleigh on top of home. 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Evergreen Highlands: Thousands of lights, dozens of figurines and Christmas music and a large tree made from green lights. 5 to 9 p.m. on Sunday to Thursday, 5 to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
Lincoln: Hundreds of incandescent twinkling lights on house and thousands of LED lights in surrounding trees. Large nativity scene in yard, Christmas trees in windows and melting snow on roof. Dusk until 9:30 p.m.
Orchards: More than 6,000 multicolored lights sequenced to an assortment of Christmas songs. 5:30 to 10 p.m.
Sifton: Holiday figures made of lights in candy cane-bordered yard, with cascading white lights on home. 5 to 10 p.m.
Mill Plain: Thousands of lights in a candy cane theme. Inflatable Santa and reindeer, giant candy canes, snowmen, penguin and other figures with holiday music. Near Christmas, family will hand out candy canes on weekend evenings. 5:30 to 9 or 10 p.m.
