WSUV researchers Arunima Kashyap and Steven Weber have found evidence of the oldest human use of certain curry spices at a 4,400-year-old dig site in Northern India.
"Lucy Bones" looks on as Washington State University Vancouver Associate Professor Steve Weber and researcher Arunima Kashyap talk in Weber's lab. The pair did a detailed study of starch grains that may prove the earliest known use of curry spices.
