Battling vandalism in Rose Village
A group of Rose Village residents takes to the streets once a month to clean up graffiti in hopes of discouraging future tagging of buildings, signs.
Josh Holowatz, a resident of Vancouver's Rose Village neighborhood, cleans a graffiti-tagged wall with a power washer. He was one of a dozen residents who took to the streets Feb. 23 to erase graffiti.
An array of spray cans with missing nozzles that were confiscated from taggers in the Fruit Valley neighborhood. Taggers who do "art" will often keep nozzles like that because they can create different patterns and textures.
