Bio: Small-business owner John Morgan began his trucking operation in 2003. He is a California native, but visited and lived in Washington various times before settling down in Rochester in 2001.
Morgan has served as vice president of the local gun club, as well as an observer for the Department of Homeland Security’s Highway Watch program, which was an anti-terrorism and safety awareness organization.
