Bio: Paul Spencer, recently retired, is having another go at state office. He unsuccessfully ran for state representative in 2010.
A Texas native, Spencer graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in mathematics, and used his degree working at foundries. He moved to Washington in 1980, where he worked for SEH America Inc.
Spencer retired in 2008, and has served as Democratic Party secretary of Skamania County, as well as a chairman of the Skamania County Democratic Central Committee.
