Bio: Tim Probst began serving in the Washington state House of Representatives in 2008. Previously, Probst was CEO of the Washington Workforce Association, a group created to represent the state's many workforce development councils.
Probst is vice chair of the House's Education Appropriations and Oversight Committee. He also serves on the House's Education Committee, Higher Education Committee and Rules Committee. He has previously served as legislative chair for the National Workforce Association and on the state's Building Bridges Board, which oversees dropout prevention programs.
Probst also has experience working as a state budget analyst and a state legislative liaison. He earned a bachelor's in government and international studies from the University of Notre Dame.
