Fair to say that Vancouver is not the most bicycle friendly city in the country. With that in mind I'm thinking:
Tax combustible engines more and dedicate the tax to improve bicycle paths. 12% 205 votes
Tax the bikers themselves. They use it, they should pay for it. 79% 1280 votes
Get rid of combustible engines, bicycles and walking shoes. Everyone on the light rail band wagon! 8% 135 votes
