A new report shows Columbia River Crossing planners likely overestimated money generated by tolling by as much as $600 million. I'm thinking:

The planners will adjust their estimates and the bridge will begin to go up in the next couple of years. (38.78% - 456 votes)

This could be another nail in the coffin that will soon kill the project. (38.01% - 447 votes)

There's still not enough information to make an intelligent decision on whether this bridge should be built or not. (23.21% - 273 votes)

Already this summer three people have drowned in local streams and lakes. I'm thinking:

These are tragedies, but there isn't much the government can do to prevent them. (56.61% - 107 votes)

The government should put more money into a public awareness campaign about the dangers of swimming. (0.53% - 1 vote)

The government should ban swimming in lakes and rivers, and enforce the ban with fines. (1.59% - 3 votes)

A private effort to reduce accidents could be mounted, but keep government's long nose out of this issue. (41.27% - 78 votes)
