The economy must be improving, as fewer people are living homeless. 2% 4 votes
Maybe some homeless people gave up and left town for warmer, drier, more prosperous cities. 45% 74 votes
It's a sign that more friends, relatives and charitable organizations are housing the homeless. 11% 19 votes
There must have been something wrong with this year's count. 40% 65 votes
