Who should mostly pay for a college education?

The person going to college and the parents. This is an individual decision to improve one's life and that individual should mostly be responsible for it. (65.26% - 900 votes)

Vancouver is considering an ordinance to allow collective medical marijuana gardens, which are currently legal in Washington. Your opinion?

I like that the ordinance would allow them only in industrial areas, and that they would be tightly regulated. (14.95% - 45 votes)

The ordinance is too strict. The collective gardens should be allowed citywide, with very few exceptions. (14.29% - 43 votes)
