The National Park Service. By demanding to take more control over day-to-day operations of the museum, it forced the hand of the trust and volunteers who ran it. (58.64% - 251 votes)

The Fort Vancouver National Trust. This group was operating too independently and its activities didn't reflect the Park Service's mission of historic preservation and interpretation. (11.45% - 49 votes)
