DeeLittle- Yes I am young im only 21yrs old and i am in alot of pain for the families that have lost their loved ones and for other people. Im just tryin to take this all in and its hard espically when I actually grew up w/david. Im 7 almost 8 months pregnant right now and im tryin not to stress over this whole thing! but i've said that I was sorry to the families that have lost their loved ones over this and that my prayers are with them but that doesnt seem to do anything. but thank you for understanding me and the pain that im in.
It's a cute quote, but where you use "other people's money", I include my money in that pot. It's my responsibility as a citizen to decide how much or little of my money I'm willing to give toward balancing an economic system which guarantees that some of us will be poor. I take it, however, that you believe in Social Darwinism, that is, that it's just too bad for you, if you are not able (because of many reasons other than sloth) to compete in this system. I'm believe that is the way it is now for people who aren't equipped to compete because, of course, I accept the cruel dictates of evolved human beings that also guarantees uneven distribution of talents and skills.
What do you think we ought to do about a system that guarantees that some among us will fail and fall by the wayside? Do you accept that conclusion?
Sorry not to get back to you sooner, did you read the article?
"The Neanderthal and modern human evolutionary lines diverged much later, around 500,000 years ago. This shows that the individual from Denisova is the representative of a previously unknown human lineage that derives from a hitherto unrecognised migration out of Africa."
Absurdity, n.: A statement or belief manifestly inconsistent with one's own opinion. - Ambrose Bierce

DeeLittle, I will definitely take your advice in Lou's column to heart. You stated...for what it's worth. To that, I say...priceless. Thanks.
