Did you know there are more medical marijuanna despensarys in Caifornia then there are Starbucks locations? Seems to me they wont arrest you for distribution either.
Its legal as far as state law is considered. Federally its not but Obama did say the feds will not criminally pursue prosecution of a medical marijuanna user who is properly licensed.
