As someone who lives in the neighborhood of Joe's Place Farms, I agree that the intersection of 18th and 112th needs work. As a taxpayor, who will be footing the bill for the work, I understand that it will cost a lot of money. As a human being with a conscience, I implore the city to treat Joe and my other neighbors fairly and offer them the true market value for their property. And, PLEASE don't count me in as part of your so-called "eminent domain". If it means cheating my neighbors, I'd rather have a narrow street.
