There is no rhyme or reason to government spending and decisions. If we could turn our asses into a hat we would be in DC. To any outsider looking in--you and I--its a no-brainer who to hire, those with experience that we shouldn't have layed off to begin with. With government agencies there is no thinking outside the box, no shades of gray, it is an endless money pit of stupid decisions.
On the Border SUCKS!!! Their rice is worse than boxed spanish rice, their beans are nasty, the enchiladas dried out. The only thing great about the place is the free chips and salsa. These people can't cook MEXICAN!!!
