Does not matter how fast the officer was going! There are DOT regulations for trucks. If they stall leave four way flashers on and put out the triangles that are supplied with the truck!!! I am a Truck Driver and the Driver should had more awareness of the situation. DO NOT BLAME THE POLICE OFFICER! I live out here and it is dark in that area. Have some feelings for the family that was left behind!!!
