LeilaniG: Got your message. All the more reason his court-appointed lawyer should be aware of the new research on adolescent brain development. Reduced cognitive functioning, if he is at about a 14 year old level, is another factor.

Make sure his lawyer is aware of these issues you wrote me about.

So sorry for the tragedy.

I'm guessing you have some sort of mental condition. I'm sure your right, I bet you think he'll get the same jury O.J. did. If you think it was "accidental" your ignorant. Because it was not accidental. It was premeditated robbery. He put the gun to his neck and pulled the trigger. If you think it was accidental wouldn't you think he would have panicked and left the scene immediately? Kinda funny how Daniels bag was gone when the police arrived... Adding insult to injury he was ROBBED even after being shot. Atrocious. He's a pu**y and left Daniel to die, and then did not take responsibility when the cops came to get him and refused to come out. Come onnnn.

Premeditated attempted murder and armed robbery with a stolen weapon isn't a felony? More than a pot problem if you ask me... However, pot is the drug that precedes harsher drug use and further delinquent behavior. Slippery slope he's on... I hope he's man enough to take full responsibility for his actions without trying to blame it on someone else or his upbringing. I hope he learns from his mistakes. And I truly hope he works to become a better person in the future and a productive member of society...AFTER HE SERVES HIS TIME FOR HIS CRIMES!!! I don't want him anywhere near society in his current state. He doesn't deserve freedom until he earns it!
