So is the Columbian aware of the action last night at Washougal City Council. Two angry council people stomp out of a Council Meeting in progress and stopping the meeting in it's track due to a lack of quorum at that point? And the subject, Ethics Policy"! How ironic, don't you think?
I am not sure whom to contact: But have a question: I know of a single mom with 2 elementary children, in Clark County that stays on property for a woman. The woman doesn't live in C.C. anymore & the house is in forclosure. She has not paid the PUD but 2 small pmts. since last July, which was part of the agreement. The power has been shut off & since it runs a pump for water..... Well you can only guess what the family is going through... She can't move... No money... Isn't it illegal for power to be shut off when small children are in house & winter weather as well? The bill is around $1600.00. It is the responsibility of the owner to pay. What can be done for the mom & children?

The Columbian continues to go after Storro. I believe this a bad move and some shameful to boot. C'mon, she is mentally ill, leave her alone.
And yet no one would pick up the 4 videos that Madore put together trying to save his boy Russell from the mess Russell himself created.
You know, the Columbian could actually help Washougal and East County if it wanted to.
