Evidently mr_basil_seal doesn't understand the meaning of "OPINION".
This is a "readers view" or "opinion" page is it not? Why does mr_basil_seal act like a teacher in a class room calling for examples, links, etc, oh and my favorite one, "show us what formed your opinion"?
mr_basil_seal,
OPINION: 1. A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof: "The world is not run by thought, nor by imagination, but by opinion" (Elizabeth Drew). 2. A judgment based on special knowledge and given by an expert: a medical opinion.
Opinions are like backsides, everyone has one.

Wow. You certainly are winning converts! Keep up the good work! ;)
Thank you Basil for finally narrowing down somewhat which fallacies you think I made. However, you have yet to provide any evidence of how I made them.
Please proved evidence of what I said and how it committed these fallacies? Thank you.
No, it's your argument. Web page links aren't "addressing claims". Total BS. Read the book and get a better argument. There is something there to what you think...it's just you don't understand how to make your argument attractive. Like it or not, that's what you have to do if you want to have influence.
PS I am a spectator of you. I'm not arguing with you. You just don't understand that. I think it is because you are playing checkers and I am playing chest.

Grasshopper,
You are learning. It is good to see progress. However, when dealing with multiple sock puppets; be sure to keep them straight!

I honestly can't tell if you are trying to be Kantian or Randian....”
