I know The Columbian doesn't usually cover the Kelso/Longview area but I thought I'd give you some info. The Sears store at Three Rivers Mall will officially be closing in two months It's been in business since 1988 and the old store in Longview was from the 50's. Don't know the exact date but assuming it will be right after the holidays. The Tualitin Kmart is almost gone as well along with the Vancouver Kmart a few years ago. I was the tipster that told you about the Vancouver closure by the way. :-) I just wonder if it's a trend and Sears/Kmart won't be around for long. Kelso Sears was a leased building, like Vancouver and Tualitin Kmarts. But just makes ya wonder what's next.
