Art season now open
Check out the Archer Gallery’s Faculty Biennial, through Oct. 22. Works by the Clark College’s Art Department Faculty open the gallery’s academic season.
Hours: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays, and noon to 5 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

Familiar story in a new package
The New Kiggins Theatre presents the comedic film “O’ Brother Where Art Thou,” through Sept. 26. Starring George Clooney and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen, this modern satire is loosely based on Homer’s “Odyssey.”
Hours: 4, 7 and 10 p.m. Friday; 1, 4, 7 and 10 p.m. Saturday; 1, 4 and 7 p.m. Sunday; 4 and 7 p.m. Monday.
Admission: $4 matinee, $5 after 6 p.m. Sundays and Mondays, $6 after 6 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
