ROSEBURG, Ore. (AP) — The second man to face charges in the 2004 murder of Matthew Peach won’t stand trial until July 2011.

The 20-year-old Peach was gunned at Roseburg’s Stewart Park in what prosecutors say was a case of mistaken identity.

Jonathan Crawford has been charged with murder and attempted murder. Prosecutors believe Crawford aided and abetted the man who fired the shots and was sent to prison five years ago.

Douglas County Judge Ronald Poole will preside over Crawford’s case.
