COLVILLE, Wash. (AP) — A 57-year-old man faces a sentence of life in prison without parole after his conviction Wednesday in Stevens County Superior Court on an aggravated murder charge.

Christopher H. Devlin was convicted of killing Daniel Heily, whose body was found in his pickup truck in May 2008 behind a Deer Park liquor store.

The Spokesman-Review reports Heily had earlier accused of Devlin of assault, and Heily was killed shortly before he was to testify in the assault trial.
