BLACK DIAMOND, Wash. (AP) — Police in Black Diamond arrested a 50-year-old man accused of killing his elderly mother.
Sgt. Greg Goral says Cecil Walker walked into the police station Friday and reported a dead body inside a nearby home. Walker then returned to the house and waited for police.
Responding officers discovered 85-year-old Ella Walker fatally stabbed.
Cecil Walker was booked into the King County Jail on a charge of first-degree murder-domestic violence.
Goral says the mother and son lived together.
