TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Isaiah Philmore made a jumpshot with 0.3 seconds remaining to give Towson a 75-73 win over Western Michigan on Wednesday night.

A free throw from Troy Franklin with 28 seconds left extended the Tigers’ lead to two, 73-71. Mike Douglas tied it at 73 for Western Michigan on a layup with 14 seconds to play.
