A suspect in a Washougal drive-by shooting who later allegedly led officers on a high-speed chase has been arrested, police reported Thursday afternoon.
Sarah J. Grazin, 29, was captured Dec. 16 at a house in Carson, in Skamania County. She was taken to the Clark County Jail and lodged on suspicion of drive-by shooting, attempt to elude police, hit-and-run, third-degree theft, criminal impersonation and third-degree malicious mischief. Bail was set at $500,000.
Washougal police said Grazin had a failure to appear warrant on a charge of drive-by shooting. An officer spotted Grazin’s Subaru station wagon the evening of Dec. 14 and attempted to pull her car over.
After initially stopping her station wagon, Grazin sped away and then turned east onto E Street from Washougal River Road, according to a press release from the Washougal Police Department.
