JOHANNESBURG (AP) — The South African Football Association says it has reached an agreement with Pitso Mosimane to become the new national coach.

SAFA president Kristen Nematandani confirmed on Wednesday that the details of Mosimane’s contract had been agreed upon. He said the parties have to sign the contract.

Nematandani says Mosimane had been recommended by SAFA’s technical committee and could be introduced as the new South Africa coach on Thursday.
