The following have applied to the Washington state Liquor Control Board:

Travis C. Carter, Cynthia K. Carter, Peter E. Wallace and Petretia A. Wallace, for a license to sell beer and wine at Northwest Beer Company, 13203 N.E. 88th St., Vancouver.

Leigh J. Piersol and Shelby E. Piersol, for a license to sell beer at A Beer At A Time, 2926 E St., Washougal.

Narinchai Juthaphan, for a license to sell beer and wine at Thai Little Home Restaurant, 3214 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Vancouver.

Roberta L. Lang and Albert E. Percival, for a license to sell beer and wine at Whole Foods Market, 815 S.E. 160th Ave., Unit B, Vancouver.

James Adewola, for a license to sell beer and wine at Grocery Express, 3312 E. Fourth Plain Blvd., Suite 110, Vancouver.
