Wall and Yi both sidelined against Celtics

BOSTON (AP) — Washington rookie guard John Wall, the top overall draft pick last spring, and center Yi Jianlian will both be out of the lineup for Wednesday’s game against the Boston Celtics.

Wizards coach Flip Saunders made the announcement. Both players will be missing their second straight game.

Wall, averaging 18.1 points and 9.8 assists per game, is sidelined with a sprained left foot. The 7-foot Yi has a bruised right knee. He is averaging 7.6 points and 3.1 rebounds.
