PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — Nick Schwieger ran for 105 yards and three touchdowns to help lead Dartmouth to a 31-0 rout of Princeton on Saturday.

The Big Green (6-4, 3-4 Ivy League) led 14-0 at halftime thanks to touchdown runs of 6 and 3 yards by Schwieger. The first touchdown came at the end of a 14-play, 82-yard drive that took 7:25 off the game clock in the opening quarter.

Foley Schmidt kicked a 21-yard field goal in the third before Schwieger scored on a 5-yard run early in the fourth quarter to push Dartmouth’s lead to 24-0.

The final score came on a 69-yard touchdown pass from backup quarterback Dan Rooney to Tim McManus with 9:52 left to play. It was Rooney’s only attempt.

The Tigers (1-9, 0-7) allowed Dartmouth to convert 9 of 15 third-down conversions and score on all four of its trips in the red zone.
