Fog and rain in daytime forecast

It could freeze on some roads

Meteorologists at the National Weather Service predict a Monday that’s par for the course in a wintry Northwest: fog, rain, clouds and a high of 41 degrees.

The dense fog predicted late Sunday struck south of Vancouver, near Eugene and Salem, but there are patches throughout Clark County.

Any fog hanging throughout the area is expected to lift by 10 a.m.
