MYRTLE CREEK, Ore. (AP) — The Douglas County sheriff’s office says three people were injured Friday morning when a school bus collided with a car in Myrtle Creek in southern Oregon.

The sheriff’s office says a Honda Accord traveling north on South Pacific Highway had signaled and slowed down to make a turn. The school bus was following the Honda and collided with the car.

The sheriff’s office says two juvenile passengers in the Honda and one of the nine children on the bus were taken to a hospital with unknown injuries.

KEZI says the crash is under investigation.
