MIAMI (AP) — Linebacker Austin Spitler has been signed by the Miami Dolphins, who released guard Ray Feinga.

Spitler was active for Monday night’s game against the New England Patriots. Channing Crowder, who has yet to play this season because of a groin injury, was inactive.

Spitler was a seventh-round draft pick by Miami last April. They released him Sept. 4, and he later was signed to the practice squad.
