Tyler E. Menghini was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected. A 22-year-old male passenger was wearing a seatbelt, but sustained life-threatening injuries and is in serious but stable condition at a hospital.

The crash occurred early Saturday morning. Investigators believe alcohol and speed may have been factors.
