LANDOVER, Md. (AP) — Packers tight end Jermichael Finley has been carted off the field after Green Bay’s second offensive play against the Redskins.
It wasn’t immediately clear what Finley’s injury was or how it happened. He did try to make a tackle on the play, when Redskins safety Kareem Moore picked up a fumble and returned it.
Finley was attended to on the field, then driven away on a cart. He entered Sunday leading NFC tight ends with 301 yards receiving.
Two plays later, Packers defensive lineman Ryan Pickett stayed down briefly. He walked off the field with help.
