VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — Two teens believed to be gang members have been indicted in Multnomah County on attempted murder and other charges for a drive-by shooting in Portland.
Ryan O’Neill Davis-Pinney was arrested in Vancouver and Antonio Leron Cabine Jr. in Portland. They were indicted Wednesday by the grand jury.
Police told The Columbian the shootings are part of Portland’s Crips vs. Bloods gang problem.
The two are accused of shooting at a home Oct. 5 after a funeral for a member of the Crips gang. No one was injured.
