PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Portland residents now have to pay to have their leafs leave certain neighborhoods where pickup service was once free.

KGW-TV reports the city is billing $15 for one leaf pickup and $30 for two. Property managers pay $65.

In a few weeks there also will be leaf drop-offs at selected parks.
