CLE ELUM, Wash. (AP) — A backhoe operator unearthed human remains at the Suncadia resort near Cle Elum.

The Kittitas County sheriff’s office says the backhoe was working on a water system near a golf course Monday when the remains were found buried about 2 feet deep. It appears to be the body of a woman.
