RICHLAND, Wash. (AP) — Muslims in the Tri-Cities plan a rally Saturday in Richland, the same day a Florida pastor plans to burn the Islamic holy book, the Quran.
The leader of the Tri-Cities Islamic Center, Kaleem Ullah, told the Tri-City Herald that burning the Quran could incite some people.
