COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Omaha has been chosen to host the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in 2013.
The event will be held Jan. 19-27, 2013, at the Qwest Center. It’s the first time nationals have been in Omaha since 1967, when Peggy Fleming won the fourth of her five U.S. titles.
The 2012 U.S. championships will be in San Jose. This year’s nationals were in Greensboro, N.C.
